Don't worry, we have tried to think of everything our guests would want and need to ensure their stay is as enjoyable as possible. We won't list everything, but here is a summary of what the house offers:

• 6 Bedrooms (4 doubles, 2 twin rooms) 

• 3 bathrooms & 1 downstairs WC

• Large open plan living/kitchen/dining area - complete with Aga, Inglenook fireplace with log burner, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher & washing machine 

• Dining table to seat up to 12 guests 

• Second large living area, complete with full size American pool table

• Wifi included

• Additional extras - Hairdryers, bed linen, towels, spare pillows & blankets all provided.

• Private entrance to property, reserved for guests

• Yoga studio, perfect for weekend retreats (available at an additional cost)

• Large heated swimming pool (heated to 30 degrees)

• Hot tub 

• BBQ and outside seating area 

• 2 Mountain bikes 

• Access to beach hut at Saunton Sands - complete with 4 surfboards and two boogie boards. Please bring your own beach towels
